Contractor Membership shall be limited to any individual, partnership, or corporation which is an end user of Ready Mixed Concrete and desirous of supporting the Illinois Ready Mixed Concrete Association Industry and which does not meet the criteria of Regular Producer, Associate or Affiliate membership. Contractor Members shall be subject to such rules, regulations and conditions as may be prescribed by the by-laws or the Board of Directors. Contractor Members shall have no voting rights as a member of the Association and shall hold no elective office or appointments.
